Durris Forest Car parks
 

Each of the four car parks has space for about six cars.
The Slug Road and Inchloan entrances lead onto the white waymarked trail (either end).

How to get there:

Durris Forest Car parks is in Durris Forest which is part of The Durris Forest. Banchory, Stonehaven, Kirkton Of Durris, and and Maryculter are the nearest towns or villages.

From the bridge at Crathes, head south on the A957 Slug Road. Follow this road until you reach the top of the hill (about 5 miles, 8km). From there:

Slug Road Car Park

, This car park is roughly 1 km on this road from the top of the hill on your left.

Cafe Car Park

From the top of the hill, turn left signposted Kirkton Of Durris. Take the first turn off on the right.

, Inchloan Car Park

This entrance is the second forest entrance on your right .

, Curly Brae Car Park

This entrance is the third entrance on your right.
