Rotten O'Gairn Car Park
 

This small woodland car park gives access to a blue waymarked walk. A horse trail begins roughly 200m along the main road uphill from the car park.

How to get there:

Rotten O'Gairn Car Park is in Rotten O'Gairn which is part of Aberdeen Woods. Kingswells, Westhill, Garlogie, Kirkton of Skene, Peterculter, Milltimber, Bieldside, Cults, Hazlehead, and Aberdeen are the nearest towns or villages.

If driving on the A944, take the unclassified road to the south at the Kingswells roundabout, turn right at the T-junction, continue along the road for approximately 2 km and the forest car park is sign posted on your right., If driving on the the A93, turn north along the unclassified road at the junction at Bieldside church. Turn left at the T-junction and continue along the road for apprx. 2 km and the forest car park is sign posted on your right.
