Lovely day out but wasted about 45 minutes trying to find someone with change to feed the parking meter. Would have been helpful to be able to pay via mobile phone.

It really spoils the area to see all the 'Pay and Display' signs throughout such a beautiful combe.

A wonderful spot, but it would have been useful to know that the forestry commission has now deemed it necessary to charge for the car park which has been free for years with no mention of it on this web page.
