Walking trails

Holystone Car Park is in Holystone which is part of Rothbury. Holystone village, Rothbury, and Newcastle are the nearest towns or villages.

Travelling west through Holystone village, the car park is situated about half a mile past the village on the right.

	We have three walks starting from Holystone Wood. Lady's Well (Green Route) Farm Walk (Orange Waymarkers) Dove Crag (Red Waymarkers)
	Our Chopwell based Recreation Ranger, Laura Hull can run a range of National Curriculum based activities for school groups.
	Holystone is great for Bird of Prey watching on the crags.
	Fort on the Chillingham Estate.
