From Hexham follow the signs towards Bellingham then Kielder Water, from here Bullcrag is signposted off the C200. From Newcastleton follow the brown tourist signs for Kielder village and Forest. Bullcrag is now only accessible to cylists and walkers as part of the Lakeside Way.

How to get there:

Bull Crag is in Kielder which is part of Kielder.
North west of Bellingham following signs to Kielder Water and Forest Park to Kielder dam,then right turn off the C200 after 4 miles
Kielder, Bellingham, Hexham, Newcastle, Jedburgh, and Hawick are the nearest towns or villages.

Views of Birds of Prey are frequent around the Reservoir. Deer can also be spotted early in the morning.

What's of interest

From Bull Crag, The Lakeside Way can be accessed for cycling and walking. Views of the reservoir and Kielder Forest can be enjoyed from the picnic areas.
