Access to this area is informal. Take the access road to the campsite and parking is available near the office building on the left hand side of the road.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE YORKSHIRE ENDURO WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON THE 5TH & 6TH JULY. ON SATURDAY THE ONLY AREA AFFECTED WILL BE THE HIGH MUFFLES AREA. FOR PUBLIC SAFETY ON SUNDAY CROPTON & NEWTONDALE FORESTS WILL BE CLOSED.

From Cropton village take the road signposted Rosedale. Look for the signs for the campsite on the right of the road about one and a quarter miles from Cropton.
