About Temple Wood Gateway

The gateway has limited car parking for 2 or 3 cars. A forest track leads from the gateway in to the heart of this broadleaf ancient woodland. The wood has a large deer population, so quiet visitors should be able to get at least a glimpse of either fallow or muntjac deer.

How to get there:

Temple Wood Gateway is in Temple Wood which is part of Kesteven Forest. Aslackby and north of Bourne are the nearest towns or villages.

The gateway is located at the end of the narrow lane from Aslackby village, 7 miles north of Bourne on the A15.
