The new Visitor Centre, features refreshments, toilets, cycle hire(including disabled cycles), showers, a bike wash area, visitor information, a Friends office and a classroom/community room.

The Bedgebury Pineatery offers freshly made food and hot and cold drinks. Ice creams are also available on site.
