Are we alowed to bring our dog to the park if kept on a lead? We are responsible dog owners and will clean up any mess :-)

Fantastic day out. Car parking seems expensive at first but when you consider that you can stay all day then ■8 isn't much for a whole day out. The children's play areas are among the best I've ever seen (probably best to bring a picnic to avoid traipsing back to the visitor centre for lunch - that said, the cafe is excellent!) The pathways are well maintained and there are lots of places to run around on the way to the proper play areas. All in all, a fantastic place for all the family
