Horse riders with TROT permits will find new dedicated way-marked trails linking with existing bridlepaths, creating a network of horse-friendly routes around the forest. Exciting full and half day educational programmes are available for school groups throughout the year.The programmes on offer include Seed to Soil, Green Machines, Animal Antics, Team Tactics and Forest Quest. All activities are designed to meet the requirements of the National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 & 2.
