This small, free car park gives access to Wapley Hill Wood.

    There is one walking trail from this car park that leads up to the hill fort.

    Cycling is permitted on forest roads.

How to get there:

Wapley Hill Wood Car Park is in Wapley Hill Wood which is part of The Marches. Stansbatch is the nearest town or village.

Approximately 1 mile off the B4362, Shobdon to Pesteigne road.

Heritage This woodland contains an exceelnt example of an Iron Age hill fort.
Picnic There are two picnic tables in the car park.
View Point Views across the surrounding countryside can be seen from the hill fort.
