About Viridor Car park

The car park provides easy access to Viridor wood with its large open spaces, great views, and sulptures it is an ideal way to spend an afternoon. Linking to the Three Sisters Country Park and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal you can explore further afield from here.

How to get there:

Viridor Car park is in Viridor Wood. Stubshaw Cross, Bryn Gates, Wigan, and Platt Bridge are the nearest towns or villages.

Mid way between Stubshaw Cross and Bryn Gates on the A58 Bolton Road, buses regularly stop at the entrance to Viridor Wood, and its just a short walk from the local villages. Alternatively there is a car park set back from the road just north of Stubshaw Cross.
