Lower Wyndcliffe Wood
 

lower Wyncliffe is an ancient woodland site of special scientific interest. The broadleaved trees that can be found here include ancient small-leaved limes and a rare area of beech and yew trees. The woods are home to many threatened species

How to get there:

Lower Wyndcliffe Wood is in Wye Valley Woods which is part of Wye Valley. Chepstow and Monmouth are the nearest towns or villages.

Situated on the A466 three and a half miles north of Chepstow
