Lydford Forest Entrance

Leave the car behind at the forest entrance and enjoy a walk around Lydford Forest - a wonderfully peaceful woodland.

How to get there:

Lydford Forest Entrance is in Lydford. Launceston, Tavistock, and Lydford village are the nearest towns or villages.

Heading south on the A30 from Okehampton join the A386 at Sourton Down. Turn right off the A386 in to Lydford village. In the centre of the village turn right at the war memorial and continue along this road for approximately 1km before turning left on to the signposted forest track.
