Haldon Gateway

A wooded car park with plenty of room for parking and with access to 30 miles of new trails, available for you to explore on bike, by foot, or on horseback.
Beside the Gateway Car Park is the 'Hub', where you will find the start of many of the trails, a play area, toilets, a shower, the Ranger's Office & Fist Aid post, the Centre for Contemporary Art and the Natural World, our weekend caterers the Green Box Food Co, and Forest Cycle Hire. We hope next season to open a cafe in the Hub.
A short distance away you'll also find the Go Ape ticket office and picnic tables dotted amongst the trees allowing you to enjoy a picnic after your day out. The car park is open from 8.30am until 4.30pm daily.
