Prior's Park

This picturesque area of grass meadow can be found at the top of the Blackdown Hills scarp and will provide a great place to start your exploration of the surrounding hills. With good parking, a picnic area, and fewer visitors than other parts of the Blackdown Hills, it is an ideal place to escape from it all.

How to get there:

Prior's Park is part of Blackdown Hills. Corfe and Taunton are the nearest towns or villages.

From Taunton take the B3170 to Corfe. Continue along this road turning right towards Wellington at the top of the hill. The car park is a little further along on the right.
