Lovely views. Great hire bikes. However there are plenty of steep climbs made even more difficult whilst towing my nephew in a trailer. Well worth it!

it is a fantastic route with tremendous views of the vally and the mountains. There are many hills, however the views are so rewarding. The bikes are also fantastic so as long as you have the will the hillls should be a breeze. great day, cant wait to go back

I've not much experiance of this type of cycling to compare this route with so only 4 stars. This was a fantastic afternoon in the forest on day two of our visit with some shashing down hills which balanced out the up hills nicely. I'd sugest turning right rather than left when you first hit the forest from the visitors centre (less up hill and more down hill that way).
