Nant Cynon Walk - Brown Walk (closed)

About Nant Cynon Walk - Brown Walk

The walk first passes along a forest track with views of both the larch woodlands above and broadleaved trees in the small Nant Cynon valley below. The rushing sound of this stream heralds its descent. Cross it into an tranquil grassy glade amongst the trees. Enjoy a peaceful picnic here before continuing on toward the Forest Park Centre.

How to get there:

Nant Cynon Walk - Brown Walk can be started from Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre in Afan Forest Park which is part of Afan Forest Park. Cynonville and Neath are the nearest towns or villages.

Situated on the A4107 - follow the road from the M4, Junction 40 for about 6 miles. Look out for the signs for Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre.
