Acorn walk

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Acorn walk

A short walk through a growing woodland that was planted by schoolchildren and other local people. Watch it change through the seasons and over the years to come

How to get there:

Acorn walk can be started from Crianlarich Community Woodland in Inverardran which is part of Strathfillan and Glen Dochart. Crianlarich is the nearest town or village.

From Stirling and Killin, turn left off the A85 at Crianlarich just before you reach the village signposts.

From Glasgow and the A82 turn right for Stirling at the t-junction in the centre of the village. After a few hundred yards, just as you leave the village, turn right onto the forest road to reach the car park.

On foot, cross the bridge over the burn close to the youth hostel (SYHA) and climb up the slope into the community woodland and for access to Inverardran Forest.
