Ben Venue

About Ben Venue

From the car park, via a charming riverside walk and the Achray Water bridge, this path links with the Ben Venue hill path.

The path surface is generally firm, although there are sections, which are uneven and wet underfoot. If you are planning to walk this route please make sure that you have strong footwear, waterproofs and extra warm clothing with you.

How to get there:

Ben Venue can be started from Ben Venue in Loch Ard Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.

From Aberfoyle, follow the Dukes Pass north.

At the head of Loch Achray there is a new car park on your left hand side just beyond the Achray Hotel.
