Crags Walk

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Crags Walk

Follow the forest road through the barrier and head up hill until the end of the road. The path continues down to your left behind the town of Callander. The path then climbs steeply through conifer woodlands.

The trail’s surface is a mixture of well-compacted surfaces, with some loose material.

As you walk along the top of the Crags, the views over Callander town, Loch Venacher and Ben Ledi are breathtaking.

The return path takes you through mixed woodland with many large broadleaves along the edge of the path. Follow the forest road back downhill to the car park.

How to get there:

Crags Walk can be started from Callander Crags Car Park in Callander Crags Woodland which is part of Callander. Callander is the nearest town or village.

From Stirling follow A84 to Callander, then from the town centre follow signs for Bracklinn Falls.
