Innerleithen Cross Country (XC)

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Innerleithen Cross Country (XC)

As befits one of Scotland’s foremost downhill centres, the red-graded Traquair XC cross-country trail is not for the faint hearted. It includes a leg-burning, lung-busting climb to the summit of Minch Moor and then some thrilling singletrack descending. There are optional black-graded jumps and drop-offs that are well-deserving of their grading.

Check out the gnarly Stell Burn Climb, the more technical Mousetrap, the Lead Mine and Minch Moor Climbs and the Plora Craig.

For more information, including trail conditions, please see the official 7stanes website.

How to get there:

Innerleithen Cross Country (XC) can be started from Innerleithen Car Park in Innerleithen - Elibank & Traquair which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders. Innerleithen is the nearest town or village.

At Innerleithen, turn off the A72 and take the B709 for Traquair. The car park entrance is on the left hand side, approximately 50 metres from the bridge.
