Get a taste of the past on this walk that gives you a glimpse of life in the Iron Age.

Beginning from the Buzzard's Nest car park, the walk takes in some spectacular views out over the Tweed Valley.

How to get there:

Time Trail can be started from Buzzards Nest Car Park in Glentress Forest which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders. Peebles is the nearest town or village.

The car park is one and a half miles east of Peebles on the A72.

Once on forest road go past the Peel car parks and follow road uphill beyond Falla Brae car park. After about one mile, the road splits to the left uphill from the forest drive. The car park is well signposted.

Please keep to the 15mph speed limit.
