About Wallace Trail

The Wallace Trail takes you through a variety of woodland types and up on to the open hill, past the site of an ancient settlement.

How to get there:

Wallace Trail can be started from Kirkburn Car park in Cardrona which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders. Peebles is the nearest town or village.

The entrance to this car park is three and a half miles east of Peebles, on the B7062.
