Temptation Hill Trail

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Temptation Hill Trail

This trail climbs up to a viewpoint on Temptation Hill through the mature, conifer forest of Inverarish.

From here there is a wonderful view across to Skye and the imposing Cuillin mountains. Along the way, the walk passes the lovely rhododendron bordered Loch a' Mhuilinn and Dun Borodale - a broch from the Iron Age.

How to get there:

Temptation Hill Trail can be started from Inverarish Forest Carpark in Inverarish which is part of Raasay Forest. Inverarish, Brochel, Isle Of Skye, and Sconser are the nearest towns or villages.

From the Raasay ferry terminal, follow the road to Inverarish. Go straight through the village, then turn left and immediately right. Park beside the Raasay Forest sign.
