Red Trail

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Red Trail

This trail leads the walker up onto two parallel Esker ridges.

From the ridges great views of Strathnairn open up in all directions. Rest awhile and watch the diverse wildlife around the main lochan.

Look out for the information signal posts which help explain the glacial features.

How to get there:

Red Trail can be started from Littlemill in Littlemill. Inverairnie Village is the nearest town or village.

The car park is three miles from the A9 along the B851 Fort Augustus Road.
