About Ciste Dubh Path

Please note, this trail is currently closed due to fallen trees. (Updated 28th May 2012)

A very peaceful walk that takes you along side the River Garry before returning via a forest trail.

The path is easily negotiated and has some superb specimens of old pine trees. Keep a look out for some great wildlife.

How to get there:

Ciste Dubh Path can be started from Ciste Dubh Car park in Glen Garry Native Pine Wood. Invergarry is the nearest town or village.

Follow the directions as described to get to the wood. Once you have turned off the main road you drop down to the river where you cross a bridge. The car park is directly on your right.
