About Route to Health Sculpture Trail

The Route to Health Sculpture Trail is a partnership project between the Forestry Commission, Cannock Chase District Council and Cannock Chase Primary Care Trust. The trail has been created by local artists, students, schools and community groups. The unique art pieces are all themed around health issues and are designed to generate interest in areas such as exercise, relaxation, mental health and a healthy heart. Created by volunteers and visited by thousands of people each season, the trail is truly worth a visit. Visit the very popular fairy wood.
