A circular route of varied surfaces and in parts some steep ascents and descents.  High levels of skill and off-road experience with high endurance fitness required.  The route is waymarked with the red arrows on posts.

Fantastic for a quick 2hour blast - Great technical downhill at the end, but your made to work for it with never ending climbs!
