What's the point of giving the name of the walk here but no details of the walk or how to follow it?

The walking maps you hand out at the visitor centre are not detailed enough and please consider people who might like to go the opposite way round. It might be nice to describe the route and give some landmarks so that we know we're on the right route and intergrate the bike and walk maps so that we can get a better idea of whether we're in the right place - on Thursday we tried going the opposite way round the Woodcock and lost the trail and ended up walking back down the road from Adderstone - which wasn't even mentioned on the map or the play area!! More signs along the routes in both directions please
