About Rosedale Trail
Two trails, the shorter loop keeps within the forest but has long stretches of open views of Rosedale, Hartoft Valley and the distant moorland. The long route samples a wide range of forest, agricultural and moorland habitats with many good vistas.
How to get there:
Rosedale Trail can be started from Black Park in Cropton Forest. Cropton is the nearest town or village.
From Cropton village take the road signposted Rosedale. Look for the signs for the campsite on the right of the road about one and a quarter miles from Cropton.
