"the Uphill sections are steep and short" well you're half right. After the first decent the climb seem endless as you climb from the valley back to the very top, with some sections so steep they are un rideable in the wet. The down bits are excellent though

Went there this saturday with a mate for the first time, got to say that it was awesome! serious down hill sections and some magic flowy parts, it has got some lung twisting climbs though, but they are fully justified for the d/h bits. Hope to get there a bit more, and hopefully when its fully dry. Would like to see better markers, and maybe some sort of refreshment place, but now i know where it is, and that i need to take food, its cracking. Well worth the trip, and the local riders seem really friendly, would advise anyone going to do the blue route first as a warm up, as we will next time, because from the car park, it goes into some awesome d/h straight away ;-) We went on hardtails but still managed to get some serious speed and flow in, but i can see that it would be faster (maybe safer) on a full bounce? Sorry for going on, but i cant rate the place highly enough ;-))
