A Week in the Woods: 24-28 September
Five days of inspiring traditional woodland skills and craft training in the beautiful setting of Silk Wood. There will be four 1-day activities: cleft ash gates, basic tree-felling and shingle-making, pole lathing turning, and spoon carving. Friday will be an open workshop day with invited tutors. Venue: Silk Wood Barn and surrounds.
Cost: £350 (includes delicious wholesome food, materials and camping).

A Week in the Woods starts at Silk Wood Barn in Westonbirt, The National Arboretum. Tetbury is the nearest town or village.
From the South West/Wales/London - 15 mins north of Junction 18 of the M4 (also the Bath junction) on the A433.
From the North - go to Tetbury via Cirencester and follow the brown signs south on the A433.
