In December 1980 several sightings of a UFO were reported in Rendlesham Forest. Many people think these mysterious events are the most significant UFO incident to have occured in the UK. There is no tangible evidence on the ground, but following the trail with the help of our leaflet and your imagination, an intriguing picture can be painted.
To help your children round the UFO Trail, why not look for the strange symbols on the posts and decode the message with help from our Alein Trail Leaflet, available from the Forest Office.
How to get there:
UFO Trail can be started from Rendlesham Forest Centre in Rendlesham Wood. Woodbridge is the nearest town or village.
Follow the B1084 Woodbridge to Orford road. Rendlesham Forest Centre is approx 4 miles along this road on the right hand side.
