Rendlesham Forest Cycle Trails

There are two family cycle trails starting from Rendlesham Forest Centre. The short trail, the Tang Trail, is approx 6 miles with a shortcut allowing you to halve your ride. The long trail, the F.I.D.O. Trail, is nearly 10 miles in length. The trails are vary from on road, sand, gravel and grass. Cyclists are requested to respect both the wildlife of the forest and its visitors.

Harvesting is presently taking place in many parts of Rendlesham, so there is some unavoidable disruption to all trails. You are asked to observe all signage. 

Please give way to walkers and horse riders, and do not cycle through plantations. Also, please avoid cycling on the main picnic areas and the walking trails. Thank you.
