About Wheal Glynn Walk

This is a short walk starting from Lady Vale Bridge leading up to the old lead and silver mine of Wheal Glynn. The old engine house and chimney can still be seen through the trees.

As you walk amongst some of the tallest trees in Cardinham Woods there is a short strenuous ascent, but you will have wonderful views over the forest and a leisurely descent to look forward to.

You can download a trail map.

How to get there:

Wheal Glynn Walk can be started from Cardinham in Cardinham. Bodmin and Cardinham are the nearest towns or villages.
