About JPR Fitness
JPR Fitness was created by Jackie Robinson, a fully qualified Group Fitness Coach and Advanced Personal Trainer who strongly believes that keeping fit and healthy should be a fun and enjoyable part of your everyday life.
Jackie currently has two fitness programmes, which she runs in Wendover Woods:
Personal Training
For individuals or small groups. Training programmes to suit all abilities, activities including walking, running, TRX and the fitness trail.
Running Coaching
Whether you are a beginner, improver, training for an event, wanting to lose weight, improve your fitness levels or just want to run for pure enjoyment. JPR Fitness will focus on improving running efficiency, increasing speed and distance, and minimising injury through good technique. Running in a group is motivational, safe and fun, and where better to run than Wendover Woods for inspiration and variety.

Nordic Walking
Everyone can feel the benefits from Nordic Walking regardless of fitness level, ability, speed or age. Nordic Walking uses 90% of your major muscles, giving you a full body workout. Nordic Walking improves posture, takes the impact off your joints, is great for back problems and can help with weight loss.
Beginners Classes
anyone new to Nordic Walking will need to attend a beginners class to learn the technique.
Weekly Classes
On Mondays sessions meet at 7pm in the Red Lion Car Park (9th January - 6th February)
On Wednesdays sessions meet at 9:30am in the car park (11th January - 8th February).
Classes last 1 hour.
£35 for the block plus £2 per session for the hire of the specialist poles.
Monthly Adventure Walk (10am-12noon)
On the 3rd Sunday of the month there will be a longer walk, which will provide the opportunity to explore the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty around Wendover Woods. Meeting at the Cafe in the Woods at 10am. £12 per person - must be pre-booked.

How to get there:
JPR Fitness starts at By the Cafe in the Woods in Wendover Woods. Aston Clinton, Halton, and Wendover and Aylesbury are the nearest towns or villages.

From Wendover, take the B4009 towards Tring, take the right hand turn approximately 1 mile north of RAF Halton, signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards. The main entrance to the woods is found on the right.
From the A41, take the Wendover exit (also signed Dunstable) and take the B4009 towards Aston Clinton. Take the first left towards Wendover. After approx 1/2 mile, take a left signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards. The main entrance to the woods is found on the right.
Local buses will take you as far as Halton and the Chiltern Line runs a regular service to Wendover from Marylebone.
