W2 links The Wall and White's Level. A high level link connecting both these trails with some fantastic views of Afan & Neath Valleys. This trail includes two of the most demanding descents in the UK.

NB: Please consult 'Mountain Biking Trail Guide' before starting this trail to make sure this trail is right for your level of experience and fitness.

Trails can become slippery due to adverse weather conditions. Please take extra care when in the forest. Suitable footwear should be worn at all times.

How to get there:

W2 can be started from Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre in Afan Forest Park which is part of Afan Forest Park. Cynonville and Neath are the nearest towns or villages.

Situated on the A4107 - follow the road from the M4, Junction 40 for about 6 miles. Look out for the signs for Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre.

W2 Mountain Biking Trail Guide

Trail News - The new signposted W2 link from Bryn Bettws Lodge to Parsons Folly is now in place. This means riders can access W2, Whites Level and the Wall trails from this route. It also allows riders on the Wall Trail to repeat the 373 and Graveyard sections of the trail before commencing the final descent.
