Old Parish Road Walk - Blue Walk

This path follows part of the ancient trackway that was the Parish Road and main means of transport in the valley from AD1100 until it fell into disuse in 1920. Rest along the way under the old broadleaved trees above the River Afan, on the occasional seats and tables offering splendid views of the valley. Return along the wide Afan Valley Cycleway which is the path of the abandoned Rhondda and Swansea Bay Railway line.
