Forest Garden

From the main car park at Pandy follow the green waymarkers to the welcome board by the bridge over the Afon Babi. Across the bridge is a network of formal and informal paths winding their way amongst the collection of trees from around the World. There is also a disabled only car park adjacent to the roadside giving direct access to the bridge on an all-ability path which follows the river to a viewpoint where you can hear the story of "Pont Llam yr Ewig", the Bridge of the Stags Leap.

How to get there:

Forest Garden can be started from Pandy in Coed y Brenin. Dolgellau, Porthmadog, Bala, Barmouth, and Machynlleth are the nearest towns or villages.

Turn east off the A470 in Ty'n-y-Groes, follow the tar road South, parrallel to the river for approx 1.5km, passing one turning on the left. At a crossroads, just after the Glasdir car park turn left uphill, turn right at the next cross roads and cross a small bridge (Pont Llam yr Ewig) and the car park is on your left in 200 metres.
