Off Road Duathlon
9.30 A.M.ELITE AND RELAY,11.30 A.M. OPEN RACE.
5km run, 20km ride, 5 km run. The route involves minimal road use on the run sections and plenty of race closed forest roads/paths.
The bike route involves three forest road laps with full marshalling.
Pre and post race massage, changing, showers and refreshments will be available
