Nordic Walking
 

A Nordic Walking Group meeting every week at Coed Y Brenin for gentle walks that benefit health and wellbeing, giving an opportunity to make new friends and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For meeting point in the forest contact Catrin Roberts.
