About MBR

Now all open again as the re-build on the section of singletrack, 'Falseteeth' has been completed. 'Falseteeth' has been given a makeover and been brought right up to date with cutting edge design and quality construction. Now featuring the 'Cavity', the largest technical trail feature at Coed Y Brenin.

A rocky challenging technical trail throughout, offering some sweeping descents like 'Bugsy' and  'Pink Heifer' as well as Coed y Brenins most demanding stone pitched 'Badger' and 'Beginning of the End' and natural sections like 'Cain'. Now also featuring the rebuilt and modernised 'Abel' with a series of fly off's to test your skill.

How to get there:

MBR can be started from Coed y Brenin Visitor Centre in Coed y Brenin. Dolgellau, Porthmadog, Bala, Barmouth, Blaenau Ffestiniog, and Machynlleth are the nearest towns or villages.

East off the A470, 8 miles North of Dolgellau just North of Ganllwyd, South of Trawsfynydd. Follow the brown tourist signs.
