Red Kite Challenge
 

The event follows challenging trails through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Wales, with forests, lakes, open moorland and valleys.
The Red Kite Challenge is approximately a 17km trail race and a 13km fun walk. We are pleased to announce that the Red Kite Challenge on Saturday this year will again include the UK Short Course Trail Running Championships as well as the Welsh Master Trail Running Championships.

How to get there: Located 10 miles east of Aberystwyth on the A44, two miles west of Ponterwyd. The 525 bus from Aberystwyth to Ponterwyd stops at the entrance to the car park

The Red Kite Challenge is part of a weekend of the Red Kite endurance weekend. If Saturday's run was not enough for you then the longer Ras y Diafol or Devil's race on Sunday may help.
