About Bell House walk
The path leads into Loch Ard Forest, through plantation conifer and native woodland, including the oak wood at Blairvaich. As you cross the Duchray Water for the second time and the path gains height you will see groups of Scots pine dotted across the landscape.
These remnants of the recently felled conifer crop now lead the expansion of native woodland along the length of the Duchray Water.
How to get there:
Bell House walk can be started from Kinlochard in Loch Ard Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.
From Aberfoyle, follow the B829 along the north side of Loch Ard to Kinlochard.
