About Duchary
Enjoy the tranquillity and variety of the forest environment as the trail rises gently through the mixed woodland of Loch Ard Forest. Past Lochan Spling, Ben Lomond comes into view.
The trail continues to rise to its highest point where you can sit and enjoy the views of the forest and the surrounding hills, before heading back to the car park.
How to get there:
Duchary can be started from Aberfoyle Village Car Park in Loch Ard Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.
The car park is just off the main street running through Aberfoyle.
