About Ben Venue

From the car park, head west into Achray Forest following the forest road until it joins the Ben Venue hill path at Gleann Rhiabhach.

The path surface is generally firm though there are sections which are uneven and wet underfoot. If you are planning to walk this route, please ensure that you have strong footwear, waterproofs and extra warm clothing with you.

How to get there:

Ben Venue can be started from Leannach in Achray Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.

Follow the Dukes Pass north out of Aberfoyle for approximately five miles. The car park is on your left-hand side.
