Allt a' Cham Rhuidhe

Through conifer forest and young native woodland, the path follows the Allta'Cham Rhuidhe. One of two burn crossings is by the way of stepping stones, so this is not a trail to use during or just after heavy rain.

How to get there:

Allt a' Cham Rhuidhe can be started from Leannach in Achray Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.

Follow the Dukes Pass north out of Aberfoyle for approx. 5 miles. The car park is on your left hand side.

For public transport information follow the Traveline Scotland link under the Useful sites section opposite.

OS Grid Reference: NN 516 049

You can also access this trail through Duke's Pass.
