Loch Achray
 

The trail takes you into Achray Forest through Pine and Birch woodland and conifer forest. Enjoy a stroll through the forest and on the return leg, as the trail follows the Forest Drive along the banks of Loch Achray, take in the views of the Trossachs before climbing steadily throuh the forest and back to the carpark.

How to get there:

Loch Achray can be started from Achray, Forest Drive Exit in Achray Forest which is part of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Aberfoyle is the nearest town or village.

Follow the Dukes pass north out of Aberfoyle. The car park is situated at the end of the 3 Lochs Forest Drive approx. 7 miles north. This access is not signed.
