Ponds Trail
 

The Ponds Trail is a gentle all abilities stroll with plenty of seating en route. It is designed to cater for those with limited mobility, wheelchair users and families with baby buggies. There are 10 brass rubbings of various animals and birds situated around the pond. Can you find them all? Please respect other users and clean up after your dog. A bin is provided.

How to get there:

Ponds Trail can be started from Red Squirrel Car Park in Glentress Forest which is part of Forests of the Scottish Borders. Peebles is the nearest town or village.

One and a half miles east of Peebles on the A72, Follow the signs to the Red Squirrel car park.
