Fungi Foray

About Fungi Foray

Join fungi expert and enthusiast Liz Holden on a day's adventure to discover some the amazing fungi resident in the forest. We will be looking at fungi lifecycles and some of the folklore surrounding them.

The day starts with an indoor session looking at structure and identification amongst other fascinating information before moving outdoors in the afternoon for a foray to see what we can find!

This full day session should equip even the most novice fungi hunter to identify a range of species and know a little about their role in maintaining healthy forests. Tea and coffee will be supplied.

Booking essential. Only 15 places.
